Fen Harbour Villa
A boathouse and a villa, sharing one roofline.
The house
Lindqvist ran one roof over both the house and the boathouse so that from the water they read as a single object. The mooring comes with the title.
The lower floor floods by design roughly twice a decade — it is finished in materials that do not care, and there is a drain in the middle of the boathouse floor.
